This was my first mountain all day walk and RAW Adventures were brilliant! They did a kit check; made sure we were all safe in the bad weather and set a really good pace for all of us.They took us up the Llanberis path which is the easiest of the paths but due to the winds and rain it was still a challenge - walking sticks are a must especially for short people like me as there are some big steps for tired legs. Such lovely people, will definitely go with them again.

I was part of a corporate group who were participating in a Snowdon Hike - Facilitated and supported by RAW Adventures. The team at RAW were excellent and really just blended in as if they were a part of the group before we even set off!I certainly appreciated their motivational commentary and the way they spaced themselves out to help support the group who were moving along at different paces throughout the day. Overall - An excellent, friendly & professional experience with RAW.

I went in with zero scrambling experience and terrified of the prospect of Crib Goch, which had been quite prohibitively mythologised in my head via social media etc as an impossibly scary ridge line.Thanks to RAW’s organisation, proper assessment of our individual abilities, and more than adequate supervision by guides with world-beating CVs, I managed to achieve something that I thought was meant for other people, not me. Thanks to the incredible Helen and Jade, I learnt a lot about where the fear comes from in these environments, when to listen to it and when to quiet it down with clearer headed assessment of risks, and safely travel through consequential terrain.
I’m beyond grateful excited to now feel able to continue building confidence in these truly awe inspiring environments; spaces that before the weekend with RAW I thought just weren’t meant for me.
A massive thank you to Kate, Helen and Jade, all of whom are beyond amazing at what they do. If you’re nervous about scrambling/exposure in mountains, please don’t think twice about booking in with RAW.

Climbed the top of Snowdon through extremely bad weather with rain, terrible wind and very poor visibility. Thanks to Anna, our guide from RAW Adventures. Despite the bad weather, Anna led the team and cheered up all.This was a well-coordinated hike with proper planning, communication, and coordination. I'll plan to climb other peaks with RAW Adventures. Thank you.

Your professionalism and experience meant that you recognised that I needed additional support and acted accordingly. I would not hesitate to book with RAW Adventures again.With the weather conditions as they were, without being part of a group with an expert lead, I would very likely have needed rescuing.
